Y’all. I slept in until almost 11. Considering that I’m usually wide awake at 0700 on Saturday mornings (since I was 15, I’ve referred to the 7-7:30 time frame as “sleeping in”), this is virtually unheard of for me.
That said, though, my gawd does it ever feel amazing to get a metric ton of sleep. I feel like a different person when I’m able to get so much rest, and I’m always amazed by how big of a difference it makes. Sleep FTW!
Anyways, all that is by way of explanation for why I’m a wee bit late in posting this week’s article round-up. Grab some beverage and enjoy!
