I have a raging case of Celiac Disease, which means that everything I cook is strictly gluten-free. I don’t make any exceptions on this, and I have to be uber-vigilant about making sure that nary a particle of gluten passes my lips (I say that in an extra-fancy way to distract from the decidedly not fancy — ok, profoundly undignified — consequence of gluten getting into my GI tract) so if you’re one of my fellow Celiacs, feel free to cook these with no worries!
